By accessing or using Frizzbee ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Frizzbee is operated by Frizzbee ("we", "us", "our").
Frizzbee is a personal finance management tool that helps users track and manage their Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) installment plans. The Service provides payment tracking, reminders, analytics, and related financial organization tools. Frizzbee is not a financial advisor, lender, or payment processor. We do not make payments on your behalf, extend credit, or provide financial advice.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Frizzbee offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Free features include plan tracking, basic reminders, and Health Score viewing. Pro features require a paid subscription at the current listed price. Subscriptions are billed annually and renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase. To request a refund within this period, contact support@frizzbee.co. After 7 days from the date of purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued, including for partial billing periods. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. Canceling your subscription will stop future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Frizzbee. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not sell your personal financial data to third parties. You may export or delete your data at any time.
Frizzbee relies on information you manually enter. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in payment amounts, due dates, or other data you provide. The BNPL Health Score is an informational tool and does not represent your actual credit score or creditworthiness. Payment reminders are provided as a convenience and should not be your sole method of tracking due dates.
Frizzbee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed payments, late fees, or financial losses resulting from use of or reliance on the Service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
You may not use the Service to violate any laws or regulations, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use automated tools to scrape or extract data, impersonate another person or entity, or use the Service for any fraudulent purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
